What is the order processing time?

The processing time can vary on a couple of things: 1) If you are ordering during a launch and 2) the type of product you are ordering. 

The order processing time for Accessories, Apparel, Home, and Stationery items is 1-3 weeks. These items are Made to Order and a company will print and ship these items. Please note, if you purchase these items along with any other item in the shop, they will ship separately. 

All other items have a processing time of 1-2 weeks. 

I have a problem with my order, can you help?

Please contact me as soon as possible if you have a problem with your order. The contact form is located at the bottom of this page, or you can email me at sunbeamillustrations@gmail.com. Please include photos so I can see what has happened.

How do I know the care instructions for the products I purchased?

All of this information will be listed in the product description.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please, please, please be sure to carefully check that the address is correct before placing an order. If you notice the address is wrong after checkout, please contact me immediately. I cannot update or change the shipping address if your order has already been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, I cannot cancel it. 

Shipping Questions

What is the shipping time?

Please know that once your order has been dropped off at the post office, it is completely out of my hands and I cannot control the speed of which your order will arrive. Shipping time is determined by the carrier option you choose upon checkout.

Do you offer tracking?

Absolutely! All Accessories, Apparel, Home, and Stationery items are shipped with tracking. All other items such as stickers and suncatchers are shipped with tracking EXCEPT if the USPS First Class Mail shipping option is selected at checkout. While this is the cheapest shipping option, is does NOT include tracking. 

Do you ship internationally?

We have temporarily suspended all international shipping. We hope to reopen international shipping over time within the new year.

If you are in the EU/NI, unfortunately, we will be unable to ship to countries within these regions for the foreseeable future due to the new GPSR laws.

International: Do I have to pay import and tax fees?

Please be aware that you may be subject to import and tax fees. I do not pay these. 

My order says "Delivered" but I haven't received it?

Sometimes packages can say they are delivered but will take an extra day or two to show up. Please keep an eye on the shipping details within the tracking number. If you think something is wrong, please contact your local post office carrier first, then contact me. 

My order might've been stolen, what do I do?

Ughhh I'm so sorry! Unfortunately, I cannot reimburse or replace packages that were stolen. You will need to contact your local post office carrier for next steps on reporting the theft. 

Some of my order was damaged during delivery, what do I do?

Sometimes packages can be damaged as they move through the shipping process, and it is completely out of my hands. If something has been damaged, please take photos and contact me.
